The Space Between

 A 4-Week Live Breath & Meditation Journey

This live, small-group course is for people who feel drawn toward meditation, breathwork, or inner work, but aren’t sure how to start — or how to stay.

If you’ve ever thought “my mind won’t stop,” “I’m doing this wrong,” or “I don’t feel what everyone else seems to feel,” you’re not behind — you’re human.

A different way of relating to your inner world.

Rather than trying to stop your thoughts or control your nervous system, you’ll learn how to meet what’s here with more ease. The practices are designed to help you feel more grounded in your body, regulate without numbing, and trust your inner signals more than external noise.

Course Details

A 4-week live breath and meditation journey held in a small-group container on Zoom. Each session is 75 minutes, with replays available throughout the course and short, supportive practices shared between sessions.

This experience is designed for people who want to slow down and feel more grounded — not by fixing themselves, but by learning how to arrive, listen, and orient inward. No prior experience with breathwork or meditation is needed.

This space may be especially supportive if you:

  • feel mentally busy or emotionally taxed

  • are looking for ways to regulate without numbing or bypassing

  • want to work with your thoughts rather than fight them

  • are learning to trust your inner signals more than external noise

No prerequisites. No pressure.

You don’t need experience, discipline, or a calm mind. This is a place to slow down, arrive, and build a relationship with yourself that can hold complexity — gently, over time.

Each week builds gently on the one before it, not by adding more to do, but by widening what becomes available.

We start by arriving.
We learn how to feel.
We look at the mind without making it the enemy.
And we end by resting in a larger context that can hold it all.
