If your mind has ever felt loud…

If small stressors turn into spirals.

If you’ve tried meditation and thought, “I’m doing this wrong.”

If you’re the thoughtful one — the sensitive one — the one who holds it together… until you don’t.

You’re not broken. You’re not failing at mindfulness.

You’re just missing a body-based way to come back online.

The Space Between teaches you how to interrupt overwhelm from the inside out
using breath, sensation, and simple practices you can do in the middle of your life.

This isn’t about silencing your mind.

It’s about building the skill of returning to yourself—again and again.

You’ll learn how to:

  • calm your body quickly (without forcing “relaxation”)
  • shift out of overthinking and back into sensation
  • meet emotion without collapsing or bypassing
  • reset when overwhelm hits — with a repeatable sequence
Join The Space Between

By the end of Week 4, you will:

  • Know how to help your body settle when stress rises - often within a few minutes
  • Understand how breath directly influences your internal state
  • Recognize emotional spirals earlier and interrupt their momentum
  • Use body-based practices to steady yourself in real time
  • Know how to reset when overwhelm begins to take hold

How it works

  • 4 recorded Zoom sessions (75+ minutes each)
  • Short additional practices shared after each session
  • Beginner-friendly, guided, and grounded

What people are saying:

I'm in awe.  I'd recommend this to any and every single human who wants to live well.

Rebekah's knowledge is out of this world.  She's a walking sage among us, truly embodying these teachings she so effortlessly weaves into accessible, applicable understanding.  [Breathwork has] truly changed my neural landscape, shifting my perspectives into true embodiment.

- Jasmin F

I would Recommend this to anyone curious in wanting to expand their knowledge and awareness of the world and themselves.

This experience is different from all trainings I’ve taken before. My understanding and perception of life in general has changed from the inside out. Giving me new lenses and a new set of tools to participate in my life’s path.

- Juan Pablo C.

When it comes to educating there's no one quite like Rebekah.

She's just magic. Each training I walk away with a better understanding of the practice, but more importantly a better understanding of myself and my capacity for love.

- Bailey K

The 4-Week Journey

Week 1 — Breath as Regulator

Outcome: “I know how to calm myself.”

Breath mirrors emotional state. You’ll learn whole-body breathing and gentle exhale lengthening to downshift quickly.

Week 2 — Thinking vs. Sensing

Outcome: “I can shift out of overthinking and back into my body.”

You’ll learn how sensing interrupts rumination and creates real-time spaciousness.

Week 3 — Working With Emotion

Outcome: “I can stay grounded even when emotions rise.”

Emotions become workable when met as sensation. You’ll learn the Inner Resource practice and how to feel without overwhelm.

Week 4 — Integration & Wholeness

Outcome: “I know exactly how to reset when I feel overwhelmed.”

You’ll build your personal 5-minute reset sequence: Breath → Body → Resource → Open Awareness.
